We will be migrating AuthHub (auth-hub.appmixer.com) to a new production cluster during this maintenance window. The new instance runs in parallel and traffic is moved by a DNS switch, so we expect only a few minutes of actual downtime inside the one-hour window.
What to expect during the downtime:
• Connecting a new account (OAuth) in the UI will fail with an error. Please retry after the maintenance window. • Flow messages that require an access-token refresh at that moment may fail. These messages are retried automatically and will be processed once AuthHub is back up and tokens are refreshed.
No action is required on your side, and no configuration changes are needed. This affects all tenants using AuthHub, including self-managed deployments.
We will post an update here once the migration is complete.
